Dear Jamison Residential Unit Owner,
Attached is the proposed 2007 budget for the Jamison Residential Condominium Association. This budget has been thoughtfully prepared, and meets the funding requirements to operate JRCAI during the coming year.
Your Board of Directors recommends your approval of this budget at the Annual Meeting on September 15, 2006.
You will notice in the spreadsheet below an itemization of all expected expenses, a description of their purpose, and a breakdown of these expenses on a per unit basis. Please review these.
To fund our 2007 expense budget, we will require a monthly maintenance fee of $160/unit. This is an increase of $10 per month from the current maintenance fee.
In preparing this budget, your Board felt compelled not only to address our financial needs for 2007, but also to appropriately manage for the future years. This is reflected in our efforts to accumulate reserve funds, which is critical to the financial well being of any condominium association.
