The Architectural Review Committee, as provided for in the governing documents exists to maintain high standards for design, development and maintenance of Condominium Units. When an Owner wishes to remodel a Condominium Unit, application must be made to the Committee using this form. (Two copies are required) The information will provide the Committee with the information necessary to review the proposed construction for compliance with the Architectural Review Policy. Applications must be submitted to the Committee at least 60 days prior to the anticipated start date.
