The Board of Directors has embraced the following goals and objectives for our management of the Association:

 

· Develop maintenance schedules to facilitate easier long range planning

· Fund a replacement reserve account for future major expenditures and investigate investment options to maximize our return

· Improve and enhance communications to our owners

· Institute sound business rules to make our association run as efficiently and effortlessly as possible
