AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS

 

 

Section 7.01 Amendment to By-Laws

 

These By-Laws may be amended by a vote of not less than Seventy-five Percent (75%) of the Percentage Votes cast by Owners present in person or by proxy at a meeting duly called for such purpose after notice to all Owners in accordance with these By-Laws.

Until the Applicable Date, Declarant may make amendments to these By-Laws in order to correct any mistakes therein and to make other amendments which do not materially affect the right of any Owners or Mortgagees. No consent by any Owner will be required for any such amendment prior to the Applicable Date. No Special Assessment may be imposed without the consent of the Declarant prior to the Applicable Date.
